I spent my last week end in Paris by the Opera Garnier, and more specifically at the Hotel Edouard 7, one of the jewels of the hotel group B Signature Hotels & Resorts.
Recently renovated, this Haussmann building has magnificent rooms decorated with care and beautiful marble bathrooms (you know my passion for marble !) 🙂

In my quest for this « little extra » I was pleasantly surprised to discover this unique and large balcony overlooking the Opera House and the roofs of Paris from my room.

The hotel staff is very caring, responsive, helpful and friendly ! As they say : « French Excellence ! « .

I have did not have dinner at the new contemporary restaurant « La Cuisine de l’E7 », but according to my sources it is a fine dining experience. That night, I opted for room service and it was really delicious (I have no regret !).

The hotel also has a stylish cocktail bar which creations are to be enjoyed in the lounge room.
